What can I expect?

A coaching program with me is a personal journey to self-discovery and growth, designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self so that your self-healing capacity can function optimally again.

How long will it take?

On average, 8 to 12 sessions are needed, but that depends very much on your own process. In the beginning it will be once a week and later once every two weeks or with some more space in between.
